support for 8-channel high-definition audio, users can enjoy a true home theater

Movie Collection
PowerDVD 8's Movie Collection feature
lets users build a database of movie info and trivia, write reviews, and rate their
favorite movies. In conjunction with PowerDVD's online platform—called
MoovieLive—users can sync their database with other user’s info, upload and download
movie remix files, and read and rate other people's reviews.
Movie Remixes
PowerDVD 8's next-generation movie
book-marking feature-called Movie Remix-lets users reorder DVD scenes into new story
sequences. A library of objects, and tools for creating subtitles, allows users to add
new elements to each scene. Users can save their movie remix file to watch their
creation later or to share on MoovieLive.com.
MoovieLive
PowerDVD 8 lets users share and connect with
other PowerDVD 8 users. MoovieLive.com is an online platform allowing users to share
their content: write and upload movie reviews, rate movies and remixes, and enrich
their movie collection with new disc info that they can aquire online.
